AvtoVAZ sales rise 24.5% on month to 7,500 cars in June

MOSCOW, Jul 5 (PRIME) -- Sales of Russia’s largest car producer AvtoVAZ increased 24.5% on the month to 7,484 units in June, CEO Maxim Sokolov told reporters on Tuesday on the sidelines of the Innoprom-2022 exhibition.

Sales in annual terms fell 81.3%.

The company sold 350,700 cars in 2021, a 2% rise on the year, it said earlier.
